Take Off

Today's the day! As I'm sitting in the Knoxville airport waiting to board my plane I can't help but think how lucky I am. There was no doubt that I would go back to Nicaragua after such an incredible time last summer. I've worked hard to be here and I am glad the time is finally here! By this afternoon I will be reunited with good friends in Nicaragua and I will begin a whole new adventure. I'll keep this post short and sweet, but there will be plenty more posts to come! I'm about to board now, so I just want to thank everyone who has supported me through this journey. I will miss my family and friends while I'm away, but I know God has me right where I'm supposed to be.
